Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Pretty Okay VGC, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher age or permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the account features only when that requirement is met. You must be legally able to agree to these terms.

What Pretty Okay VGC provides

Pretty Okay VGC provides fan-made tools for Pokémon Champions battle preparation, including Regulation-specific calculators, team building, speed comparisons, saved sets and teams, public trainer pages, imports and exports, match tracking, and device backup tools.

The online service is in beta. We may add, change, limit, pause, or remove features, quotas, supported formats, or Regulation data as we improve it. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption and to communicate material changes, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Keep your account accurate and secure

• Provide accurate account information and keep a working, verified email address.
• Use a secure password and protect your email, Google, Discord, and active sessions.
• Do not share an account in a way that defeats quotas, restrictions, or security controls.
• Tell us promptly at PrettyOkayPrints@gmail.com if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Clerk manages password and social sign-in security. Pretty Okay VGC account limits currently allow up to 12 saved individual Pokémon and 5 saved teams per user, along with the scenario limits shown in the app. These beta limits may change.

Saved content and public sharing

You keep ownership of original content you submit, such as team names, labels, notes, and original descriptions. You grant Pretty Okay VGC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, copy, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the service and to honor the visibility choices you make.

New profiles, Pokémon saves, and teams currently default to Public. Public content can be viewed, linked, copied, or captured by other people. Set the profile or individual save to Private before including anything you do not want shared. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and publish your content.

The service's Pokémon names, game data, sprites, move data, and standard set formatting are not treated as your original content merely because they appear in a saved team.

Do not harm the service or other people

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Publish another person's private information or content you do not have permission to share.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, quotas, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Upload or transmit malware, automated abuse, destructive code, or traffic that unreasonably burdens the service.
• Impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement by Pretty Okay VGC, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, tournament organizers, or another party.
• Use automated collection or redistribution in violation of law, these terms, or a third-party service's terms.

Use battle results as planning information

We work to keep Regulation eligibility, stats, learnsets, items, abilities, battle conditions, imports, and calculations accurate. Results still depend on the inputs and assumptions shown in the tool and may be affected by game updates, undiscovered mechanics, rounding, random rolls, import differences, or software errors.

Check the displayed Regulation snapshot and calculation assumptions before relying on a result. Pretty Okay VGC does not guarantee tournament legality, event eligibility, a particular damage roll, a match result, ranking, or competitive success. Official game rules and tournament documents control when they differ from this fan tool.

Sign-in, imports, exports, and links

The service may interact with Clerk, Google, Discord, OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, email apps, PokéBase, Pokepaste, or other sites when a feature requires them or you choose to use them. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Pretty Okay VGC does not control their availability or content.

You are responsible for reviewing an export before sharing it and for confirming that an imported team is the one you intended. A link to or compatibility with another service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Pretty Okay VGC and Pokémon rights

Pretty Okay VGC's original interface, written guidance, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to copy its original code, branding, or presentation beyond rights provided by law or a separate open-source license.

Pokémon and related names, characters, artwork, game data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Pretty Okay VGC is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, Google, Discord, Clerk, PokéBase, or Nerd of Now.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time, delete individual account saves, download your cloud-account data, or permanently delete the full account through Account & Privacy. You may email PrettyOkayPrints@gmail.com if the self-service controls are unavailable or you need help. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct a problem. Serious security, legal, or abuse risks may require immediate action. Sections that by their nature should continue after account closure, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, survive.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pretty Okay VGC is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or preservation of every save. Keep your own backups of important teams and match records.

To the extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunity, tournament outcomes, or loss arising from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta changes. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. If a change materially affects existing account use, we may provide an additional notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
